Requirements

• 2 - 15 years of experience this depends on how many factors: how smart the candidates are, how hard they work, and what projects they worked on before, etc Experience is great to see, but excitement and startup orientation is more important than experience. Someone having worked in big tech for far too many years is, for instance, as you might expect, often a negative signal because they are not startup-oriented

• .Programming languages + technical skills: Familiarity in low level programming languages that one would only find learning if one has strong interest in programming. Languages like this would be Rust, Haskell, Lisp, while languages that would not fall in this category would be Python, Typescript, Java.

Responsibilities

• Recreate google-level search over 10 billion pages in 1 month 

• Revamp document parser to work for any website 

• Make a custom vector database run over a billion vectors in under 100ms
